Maintenance & Handyman Worker, knowledge of some electrical, plumbing, repairs and maintenance, twice weekly bagged trash & debris pick up from 122 Residents in a Senior Community, lawn maintenance, pressure washing, janitorial etc. Must be able to work outdoors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour

Experience:
- repairs & maintenance: 10 years (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
