PT Irrigation/Maintenance Technician
16 -20 HPW – 4 or 5 days, 4 hrs. ea., (mornings preferred)
Qualifications:
Irrigation experience preferred – clocks, timers, zone controls & plumbing
General property, grounds, apartment maintenance/handyman experience
Pool maintenance/CPO preferred
Some HVAC/plumbing experience
Drug screening & clean criminal history required
$15/hr. to start
Perfect for retired civilian/military
General duties: Daily irrigation monitoring & repair, grounds & pool maintenance, assist Maint/ Supervisor as needed with handyman, HVAC, misc. repairs, pressure washing, painting, etc. Must be able to work with minimal supervision; self-starter, innovative thinker. Work environment is 95% outdoor work in the elements.
