Part-time
– Clean up property in the mornings
– Complete work orders given by property managers
– Preferred to have a maintenance guy capable of working on A/Cs (wall mounted and Central)
– Knows general plumbing work (snaking/fixing leaks/septic tank knowledge)
– Knows how to use drywall
– Must be able to be mobile.
– Keep common areas clean
– English speaking
