Qualifications
- Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings.
- Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License which meets company standards for approved driver status.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least one year experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance.
Essential Functions
- Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned.
- Reports any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor
- Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order.
- Assists in monitoring regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 /hour
Experience:
