MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – OPEN CALL – 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
Thesman Communities is a family owned and operated property management company. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech. Experience in Apartment/Home “Turns” a plus.
This is a full-time, immediate opening. HOURS TUESDAY – SATURDAY 8:00 – 5:00.
We offer a competitive hourly wage, paid holidays, vacation, medical/dental and excellent opportunity for advancement. Hourly range is $15.00 – $18.00 per hour.
We are accepting calls at (602) 762-0928 Monday through Friday between the hours of 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm. If you are an experienced Maintenance Technician please call between those hours for immediate openings.

WEEKENDS WILL BE REQUIRED
Candidates must have proven skills in the maintenance field, and the ability to perform duties with a high level of proficiency and integrity.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining physical condition of property according to Company operating and safety procedures
Including maintenance on:
General Grounds/Grass
Irrigation
Pool
Clubhouse
Basic Plumbing/Sewer
Septic knowledge a PLUS
Basic Electrical
Roof/Gutter/Foundation/Sidewalk Repairs
· Communicate effectively and professionally with residents and staff members
Qualifications:
· Experience in Apartment Turnovers preferred
· General landscape knowledge
· HVAC a plus
· Septic a plus
· 2 years residential maintenance experience
· Pool certified (or willing to obtain certification)
· Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and handyman skills a plus
· Available to work weekends
· Organized with good communication skills
