Applicants must have general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including elements of construction/installation, uses, repair and maintenance, including:
- Basic drywall
- Make Ready Skills
- Basic Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Basic electrical
Experience preferred in:
- HVAC (Certification a plus but not required)
- Housing industry
Must have own basic tools and transportation.
