We are looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant for a large fast paced apartment community on the east side of Orlando. This is a full-time position and weekends are required with at least one weekend off per month.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to move-ins, lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, completing move-in procedures, providing high-quality resident service, communicating residents needs to the maintenance team and appropriate office team member.
