Conventional property looking for a Property Manager, has to meet and greet prospective tenants. Help review qualifications of prospects, as well as ensure lease files are properly maintained and kept up to date. Inspect ready units and ensure they are move in ready, preform move-in and move-out inspections. Assist in collecting all rents that are due, make bank deposits. Document tenant interactions, issues, solutions. Familiarize yourself with all lease provisions relating to landlord and tenant responsibility. Respond to tenant issues in a timely and courteous manner, follow up to make sure tenant issues resolved to their satisfaction. Supervise vendors to ensure timely and quality work. Maintain list of maintenance, fire, elevator, hvac, etc. inspections with dates, notes, etc. Must have leasing experience- experience in onesite preferred
