Job Description
The Assistant Director of Beach Services at TradeWinds Island Resorts is responsible for ensuring that all of the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Beach Services team are completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner, and in a way that provides the best possible service to our guests. The incumbent must work with members at all levels of the organization to plan and implement strategies to achieve guest service and financial goals for the Beach Services Dept. This position reports to and partners with the Director of Beach Services by overseeing all facets of the Beach Services Dept.
