Small executive apartment complex (22 units) is seeking for a candidate with experience in cleaning, maintenance, and basic management/sales for overseeing general operations such as; showing units, printing documents, meeting occasionally clients, cleaning units this is a great position where you can make your own schedule, relax atmosphere, good part time job, clean, very easy, you will have to clean units between tenants, about 3-4 per month, cleaning and maintaining the back yard, the exterior of the building, change names on mailboxes, print pest control inspection paper once a month, changing light bulbs, small maintenance tasks
Possible to make an easy $500 to $700 a month, good steady part time job
You need to be self sufficient, “see” the work needed, good presentation (customer) speak fluent English, care about detail and excellence (units need to go back as perfect) and be very organized. Some bonuses can apply
