Manage a team providing white glove service to a large client
Job Description
Ensures team is trained and performing in adherence with the following criteria:
- Bi-weekly visits to assigned clinics
- Serves as liaison between FM and client
- Performs site appearance checklist on each visit
- Enters proactive work orders
- Trains clinic staff on work order system use
- Showcases exceptional communication and coordination skills in order to facilitate and maintain strong working relationships with customer-facing Clinic Administrators
- Ability to provide “White Glove” service to Clinic Administrators as their single point of contact, ensuring prompt and efficient follow up on any issues/ requests
- Comfort interacting with individuals at all levels, and of various professional backgrounds, including Clinic Administrators and Facilities Technicians
- Detail oriented, with the ability to clearly articulate issues and challenges
- Confident, self-starter with exceptional organizational skills
- Consistently demonstrates integrity, dependability, and accountability (This is meant to reinforce that Relationship Managers may not be solving the problem, but they are still accountable for ensuring the problem is addressed appropriately.)
- Self-awareness with ability to work under pressure, while acting in a calm manner
- Work ethic and the ability to work independently and remotely across various sites
- Maintain a “can do” mentality with the ability to take charge with minimal information
IMPORTANT EDUCATION
- High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Some college preferred
IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service experience
- Prior experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services industries preferred
