Manager, Housing and Case Management – Women’s Shelter in Ruskin

Women’s Shelter in Ruskin-Southshore area seeks individual for Case Management/ Housing Services, with supervisory experience to oversee and manage day-to-day operations of emergency shelter for abused and homeless women and children.  Primary focus on the health and safety of each individual and/or family seeking shelter and supportive services by promoting growth, recovery, and self-sufficiency to those in need.  Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, racial and socioeconomic issues including working with homeless individuals in a non-judgmental manner with sensitivity to their unique situation.  Ability to multi-task, delegate and handle crisis situations. Full time position, flexible hours, may require nights and weekends as needed. Valid Florida driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
