You Will Be Trained To:
Quickly Master the Responsibilities of a Professional Fundraiser.
Move on to be an Event Manager within 2-4 weeks.
Ability to Build a Team of Focused, Goal-Oriented Professional Fundraisers
Interview Professional Fundraising Candidates
Complete Reports before Due Date using MS Excel, Word and Email
Coach and Mentor Team Members via daily/weekly meetings & reviews
Build & Maintain Relationships with outside vendors, clients and community members to assist our client’s fundraising endeavors.
Develop Ability to Assess a situation and quickly solve a problem
Minimum Requirements:
Professional and appropriate image in and out of the office.
Good Sense of Humor.
