We are conducting an exclusive search for a Manager of Real Estate Analyticsfor a client located in the Sarasota/Bradenton area that is experiencing tremendous growth. The Manger of Real Estate Analytics is responsible for the analytics program for the Real Estate and Development team, including leading the development, maintenance and enhancement of a new growth model, as well as conducting comprehensive test-and-learn analytic evaluations of various Development-related decisions. This role collaborates extensively across business teams to analyze, design, develop, implement, maintain and enhance real estate analytics and forecasting.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of four years working in the finance/analytic field
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s degree is preferred)
• Strong analytic and strategically-oriented background, including extensive experience with various analytic tools and approaches
• Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
