KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Project Management Audit to join our Audit Solutions organization.
Responsibilities:
Implements and supports the national PM strategy at the local level, including leveraging the specialists and offshore teams; Oversees the implementation of firm standard project management policies and procedures
Supports the onboarding of new PM Team employees and oversees junior PM staff on engagement team and manages remote PM resources
Utilizes data to provide insight, direction and recommendations to engagement team leadership, on the allocation of audit resources to successfully deliver the audit
Performs and creates project business cases, current state assessments, stakeholder analysis, stakeholder management plan, communications management plan, governance structure and project risk assessment; Creates project proposals, charter and other formal supporting project documents
Successfully facilitates negotiations with audit partners and managers and drives compliance with national PM initiatives
Teams with cross-functional groups, including Resource Management, National Audit Solutions, Continuous Improvement, etc. when appropriate
Qualifications:
Minimum six years of professional experience in project/program management required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with audit cycle and/or public accounting required
PMP certified preferred, familiarity with Lean methodology preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook, Project and PowerPoint), Retain, SYNC and PM tools
Demonstrates strong organizational skills, meets deadlines, demonstrates proficiency in reporting and analyzing complex data sets
Colorado Salary Statement:
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role.  Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range: Low: $81200 – High: $148800
