Oversee the daily branch office operations to achieve business goals. Meet all performance goals as it relates to recruiting, retention, return-on-revenue, positive sales base and positive listing base. Ensure associates are working within company guidelines; policy and procedures and scope of their authority. Support sales associates with tools and technology to achieve their goals.

Lead the development of branch employees through training and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Florida Broker Real Estate License with a minimum of five years of real estate management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in leadership in the field of real estate sales and marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in training and coaching people.
  • Exceptional presentation/speaking skills; impeccable grammar both verbal and written.
  • Project Management, leadership, creative and analytical skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite
