We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director of Capital Fundraising to join our team at RAD Companies, a leading Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in sales, and possess a deep understanding of wholesaling variable or fixed annuities and mutual funds to the broker/dealer community. This role requires a proven track record of success in capital fundraising, along with established connections within the financial industry.

The Director will be responsible for the development, growth, and relationship management of high net worth, ultra-high net worth, RIA’s and family office investors across the United States. Reporting to the Founders of the company, this individual will collaborate across the organization, enabling the firm to scale its core business, and will implement capital markets strategies focused on raising funds from investors and building lasting, meaningful relationships.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience raising capital for real estate investment opportunities.
- Experience raising capital from, and managing relationships with, high net worth, ultra- high net worth, RIA’s, family office, and multi-family office investors.
- Experience in marketing and brand management.
- Client-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of financial metrics and returns.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.
