We are seeking an individual with expertise in providing stellar leadership to the branch that will result in a high level of production, through the development and mobilization of our associates, while delivering superior customer satisfaction.
It is important that this individual be able to establish standards of practice administratively, legally, morally and ethically, for both the sales associates and the employees. Our non-competing branch managers are responsible for creating and maintaining an environment in which each individual salesperson and employee feels valued, encouraged and motivated to be as successful as he/she can be.
This role is available in our newly designed St Pete office in the heart of downtown on Second Avenue near the beautiful waterfront.
Essential Job Duties
- Oversee the branch office’s daily operations to achieve business goals.
- Meet all performance goals as it relates to recruiting, retention, return-on-revenue, positive sales base and positive listing base.
- Ensure associates are working within company guidelines regarding policy and procedures, within the scope of their authority.
- Support sales associates with tools and technology to achieve their goals.
- Lead the development of branch employees through training and coaching.
Requirements:
- Experienced applicants only, please.
- Real Estate Sales Broker’s license with a minimum of three years of real estate management and five years of real estate sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in leadership in the field of real estate sales and marketing is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in training, coaching, public speaking and leading people, groups and organizations.
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills; impeccable grammar both verbal and written.
- Project management, leadership, creative and analytical skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
