Full Job Description
We are looking for a Community Manager with the right balance of management, sales and customer service to manage two small Manufactured Home Communities minutes apart in Pinellas County, Florida . The manager will be responsible for the day to day operations which would include the following: Property Maintenance, Utilities, Rent Collection, Evictions, Sales, Marketing, Activities and minor Cap-Ex projects. This position includes housing as well as utilities. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and prior track record. The Community Manager is eligible for commission and bonuses.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
General knowledge of repair and maintenance duties
Computer proficiency including internet and Microsoft Office Suite; Rent Manager preferred
Flexibility to respond to community needs during non-business hours
Ability to physically perform light maintenance as needed
