Dock hand needed for a fast pace marina. This person is responsible for providing superior care and service to customers and their vessels at all times. He/she is in charge of maintaining the dock, marina facilities, tools, equipment and to provide a safe environment for our customers to ensure a great experience.
The physical demands of this job include extreme outside conditions including heat, rain and cold weather. Because this job requires both physical and mental demands, the person for this job is required to work well under all conditions and to possess a high level of common sense skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly. Must be able to work well with co-workers and be a team player.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must be able to drive a boat. Must be able to swim. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
