Oddjob, a thriving business on Trustwork’s platform, is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to help manage the logistics of our fast growing tech-enabled contracting services. Individuals should thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to handle elements of project management, relationship building, work order assignment,  and customer acquisition. Daily objectives include managing the complex problem of making sure that all jobs are completed by our contractors, developing and maintaining strong relationships with our contractors and clients, and contributing to long-term growth strategies. The ideal candidate would excel in people skills and problem-solving. This individual must be a critical thinker, not easily overwhelmed, and able to pivot quickly.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage aspects of the daily operations of our two-way platform with active knowledge of Trustwork
  • Issue resolution, customer education, and customer communications
  • Implementing and following through with strategic growth strategies
  • Recruit, screening and validate quality Service Partners
  • Maintain and assist the growth of key Service Partners
  • Negotiating deals and setting expectations with contractors
  • Identifying and upholding best practices for our vendors
  • Be able to handle multi-task and pivot in a timely and organized manner
  • Solve client and contractor miscommunication in a timely fashion
  • Contribute with innovative ideas to expand the business in a new region
  • Travel to multiple locations to maintain relationships with clients and contractors

What You Must have:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with highly motivated team members
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Ability to quickly and effectively build partnerships with all customers
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Communication skills working with co-workers, contractors, and clients on a regular basis
  • Organizational Skills to manage multiple projects and moving pieces
