Primary Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership
o Lead and manage a market team of 5+ members, ensuring alignment with company goals and values
o Be proficient in all branch roles to provide hands-on leadership and problem-solving
o Continuous optimize market operations across office, warehouse and field environments
o Maintain budget discipline by overseeing expenses related to waste disposal, recycling income, repair and maintenance, uniform, supply chain, utilities, and labor costs
o Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards and internal safety policies as directed by company policy
o Lead annual budgeting processes and physical inventory counts for operation accuracy
o Uphold and integrate RM Interiors’ FITT values into daily operations and decision-making
- Customer & Contractor Relations
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors and job site partners
o Identify, recruit, and develop quality flooring installation contractors to meet market demand
o Conduct on-site take-offs, submit quotes, and handle customer negotiations to drive revenue
o Oversee escalations to ensure customer satisfaction and institutional profitability
- Team Development & Supervision
o Recruit, hire, train, and mentor high-performing team members
o Oversee daily warehouse operations and team performance
o Ensure team members are trained and adhere to company SOPs
o Conduct constructive performance evaluations, ensuring team growth and accountability
o Address employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, in line with company policies

Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training preferred
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of construction or flooring industry experience required
- Supervisory Experience: Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with safe driving habits with a minimum of 2-year clean driving record
Physical & Work Environment:
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and kneel for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule with occasional evening or weekend work as needed
- Warehouse located in Tampa, Florida
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $66,000 – $98,000
- Bonus Program: Standard 3% – 10% annual bonus based on tenure, performance and KPIs
