Full Job Description

Summary/Objective:

The Market President is responsible for all day to day activities of running a highly productive real estate sales office, including management of office staff and supervision of sales executives. The Market President is the primary recruiter of the office and responsible for retaining, coaching and training high caliber licensed real estate professionals. This is a high-energy, proven Leader who can attract and retain talented, focused real estate professionals. This professionals will have a customer service and raving fan mindset.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ensure all affiliated licensees maintain active and current licensure

· Identify and recruit EXPERIENCED real estate professionals

· Train and coach all sales executives on proven sales strategies to build on the success of the team

· Increase sales and profitability of the branch based upon the projected budget or goals

· Be able and available to assist and advise sales executives and branch employees on their day-to-day activities

· Prepare and conduct monthly sales meetings with sales executives

· Enforce all applicable laws and regulations by having a comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate Law and MLS regulations

· Handle legal and contract matters

· Company supporter of policies, procedures and business partners

· Promote our Family of Services (Title, Mortgage, Insurance, New Home Sales, Commercial and Business Development, and Marketing) within the office for maximum capture rate

· Hire, train and manage office staff

· Broker is responsible to ensure that the trust accounts and records of the brokerage are maintained in accordance with the FL Statute 475 and FAC 61J2,-14.012 and that there is appropriate management and control of documents related to the licensing requirements

· Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements

· Florida Real Estate Brokers License

· 5 Years Broker or Leadership experience preferred

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Physical Demands

· The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing and movement through the office is required. This would require but is not limited to the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and maintain office equipment. This job requires good hearing and eye sight for customer communication and computer input.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

· This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
