Full Job Description
Part-Time Marketing Assistant
Seeking a highly detail-oriented, creative Marketing Assistant for our top producing real estate team. Duties include managing social media content creation, graphic design, advertising management, new listing coordination and marketing, direct mail pieces, client event coordination, and client retention. The ideal candidate would be able to perform these functions and find ways to improve our current operations.
20 hours a week
Compensation $12 – $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Regularly update social media and respond to followers
- Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
- Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
- Assist with graphic design for our marketing material
- Launch our marketing for homes listed on the market
- Coordinate client events and functions
- Responsible for client concierge with past customers
Qualifications:
- Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and basic graphic design
- Must be fluent in Facebook and Instagram
- Proficiency with Google My Business and Google Local Ads preferred
- Professional and customer service oriented
- Willingness to learn
- Creative and strong proficiency in writing
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required
