Kelly is looking for a Marketing Administrator for a plastics engineering company in Port Richey, FL.
Job Description
- Key Accountabilities
- Support achieving annual company revenue goals
- Social media creation, strategy, and content for Seaway
- Supporting the sales team through research, reports, database management, and analytics
- External marketing initiatives for Seaway
- Key Responsibilities
- Research current and potential customers and targets to identify opportunities
- Support the develop of annual marketing plans
- Manage social media content postings including Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics relative to digital and social media presence, analyze to determine what campaigns are effective and areas for improvement
- Work with vendors to optimize marketing programs, approving graphic design and content to meet marketing strategies
- Oversee and implement content changes on company website; support website maintenance including updates and general administration
- Coordinate sales materials and logistics for sales meetings, tradeshows, and customer visits
- Identify and maintain industry best practices and techniques in digital marketing
- Assist with data management and cleanup of existing databases
- Serve as a key user for the group’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and provide support in optimizing the user experience including maintenance and needed upgrades by working directly with the software vendor
- Ensure CRM processes and procedures are defined and followed by all users
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: $60k- $65k depending on experience
Qualifications
- 4yr college degree preferably in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations required
- Experience in a manufacturing company a plus
- Experience with CRM systems
- Extensive skills with software, social media, Microsoft Suite, and internet research abilities
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident, outgoing, charismatic
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels in the organization
