Artemis Capital Advisory is looking for a Marketing and Sales Assistant to be based in the Tampa/St Petersburg area.

The Marketing Assistant should have a strong organizational, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Help Managing Partner run multiple campaigns globally from initial outreach, follow up, tracking, collect feedback, set up calls and meetings
• Lead Generation, Data Input and Maintenance and strong CRM skills or the ability to be a quick learner
• Follow Up/Coordination; strong writing and phone skills
• Report Generation and analysis of funnel and how we can improve our process
• Help manage multiple campaigns Perform other duties as needed

Skills And Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar or related field
• Quick learner and extremely organized with a proven process of how to manage multiple tasks at once
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related work experience
• Knowledge of Marketing Campaigns
• Experience utilizing a CRM
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to provide feedback on how we can be better
• Keen attention to details
• Bright and positive attitude
