Artemis Capital Advisory is looking for a Marketing and Sales Assistant to be based in the Tampa/St Petersburg area.
The Marketing Assistant should have a strong organizational, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Help Managing Partner run multiple campaigns globally from initial outreach, follow up, tracking, collect feedback, set up calls and meetings
- Lead Generation, Data Input and Maintenance and strong CRM skills or the ability to be a quick learner
- Follow Up/Coordination; strong writing and phone skills
- Report Generation and analysis of funnel and how we can improve our process
- Help manage multiple campaigns Perform other duties as needed
Skills And Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar or related field
- Quick learner and extremely organized with a proven process of how to manage multiple tasks at once
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related work experience
- Knowledge of Marketing Campaigns
- Experience utilizing a CRM
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to provide feedback on how we can be better
- Keen attention to details
- Bright and positive attitude
