Marketing and Leasing Associate Proposal with A.G. Development Group, Inc. (the “Company”).
Duties of
Employee:
A.G. Development Group, Inc. was formed in 1989 and has received National and State Rankings. Company any has several Commercial Projects in the Florida Market Place consisting of Shopping Centers Quick Service Restaurants Out Parcels and Medical Parks.
Employee will work in the position as the Marketing Associate. The position includes the marketing including leasing of Retail Projects, Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs), Shopping Centers, Medical Parks and other commercial properties owned, developed or managed by the Company. Employee’s primary responsibility shall be for local and credit tenant leasing for space equal or less than 10,000 square feet as well as Quick Service Restaurant Out Parcels. Employee shall use his or her best efforts, skills and abilities in the performance of the required services to promote the interest of the Company, and will devote full business time and attention to the performances of such services by tele-marketing, cold calling existing tenants and attending conventions.
Compensation:
a) Lease Commissions: Employee shall receive Leasing commission for retail leasing, out parcel sales and/or ground leasing and profit sharing.
b) Medical: Employer will provide medical benefits.
