Are you a driven individual with an interest in social media & digital marketing? Are you looking for hands-on experience to enhance your marketing skills? A fast-growing Tampa Bay Real Estate company is urgently hiring for a Marketing Assistant who is naturally talented with all things digital marketing. This person will coordinate and execute marketing and branding campaigns for individuals in our organization, as well as for our company as a whole, and will work directly with our current marketing team.
What you need to know:
- Pay range: $13-$20 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours – Monday through Friday!
- Location: Office-based job, located just north of Tampa, with potential work-from-home options.
- Start: Immediately!!
- After just one month of working here, you’ll have a portfolio of work that most college graduates still don’t have after a full year in the industry!
Specific Responsibilities:
- Creation of social media posts and templates – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter & More!!
- Assist the marketing team with the creation of branded materials (flyers, business cards, postcards, billboards, etc)
- Appear in video content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels!
- Utilize our social media platforms to interact with our community and grow our following
- Update and maintain the 54 Realty websites
- Advertise internal and external training events
- Assist with video & podcast creation and editing
Our Perfect Match:
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Understanding of social media analytics software, such as Facebook Insights to track audience engagement and campaign performance (Google Analytics & SEO knowledge a plus)
- Strong computer skills especially with Google Workspace & Canva (Adobe Creative Cloud & Mailchimp Preferred)
- MUST be seeking or have obtained your bachelor’s degree in Social Media/Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain a fast-paced workflow. We use Monday and Loomly for task management and scheduling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 – $20.00 per hour
