Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Pay : Hourly, depending on experience | $15.00-$17.00/hour range
Job Description
- This person will work in the Commercial Real Estate side of the company and it is their main job to handle all clerical tasks that need to be completed
- They will work with InDesign to help make property listings along with tagging photos to them.
- About 50% of their time will be spent updating listing files which include making sure the For-Sale signs are ordered and set up via their vendors that do that. They will also make sure all paperwork related to the property is in the file
- They will make sure all the proper information is on LoopNet and that they have listing agreements all filed on the Drop Box
- This person will also help make up post card, put together flyers and fold mailers that go out.
- They will also help make sure the social media presence is up to date as well
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be proficient in InDesign
- Real estate experience preferred, not required
- Must have similar previous experience
