Full Job Description
Campaign Manager
The Campaign Manager will serve as the project lead for a dedicated campaign team comprised of an upwards or two copy writers, two designers and campaign specialist and will focus 75% of their time on campaign support dedicated to the Proforma Owner Community. This position is responsible for the delivery of budgeted marketing revenue as well as continuous process improvement.
The Campaign Manager will lead the 12 month marketing plan and manage various customer facing marketing initiatives in collaboration with the annual plan.
Responsibilities
Strategic Based:
· Complete campaign development & deployment – digital and direct mail
· Develop and track program marketing to support our Proforma distributors across multi-channels and touch points all of which support our corporate strategic plan
· Lead the execution of PROFORMA’s Distributor monthly marketing campaigns via several channels including: Distributor website, social media channels, and online space. This will include a yearly printed catalog
· Responsible for coordination of Marketing Communications for Proforma events
· Strategic campaign content development & deployment
· Report key analytics and track KPI’s weekly
· Recommend and realign strategy based on results reporting
· Oversee maintenance of annual Marketing Communications plan
· Responsible for event and campaign communication proofing and digital testing process
· In conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager, are responsible for the coordination of content and execution of Proforma’s monthly newsletter
· Lead the creative direction of custom marketing projects, write creative briefs, mood boards and timelines
· Coordinate branding and timing of all Marketing Communications for Proforma events
· Develop and produce event wrap up guides
Technology Based:
· Utilize Automated Intelligence to build and support the Proforma Sales Cycle process and programs that support it
· Marketing lead on ProVision’s ProContact module which includes being accountable for testing, writing requirements, wire framing, training and improvement
· Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop strategy and plan to enhance and update both Proforma Support Center and Distributor websites
Tactical And Process Based:
· Maintain annual promotional calendar, track in project management software and report progress weekly
· Schedule and capture weekly Marketing meetings minutes
· Conduct front line Owner support including but not limited to: Monthly campaigns such as, Group Buys, Vendor, Sales Automation, Direct Mail and ProStores
· Marketing Budget-Process Improvement
· Maintain and update all core processes for the Marketing department. Focus on continued improvements that reduce manual touchpoints or redundant processes
· Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of the assets in the ProTools tool box
· Support Proforma events including but not limited to; kitting and shipment support, onsite staff and creation and conducting of training sessions
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising required
· 7+ years of marketing leadership experience required, B2B preferred
· Team management experience required
· Promotional Product Industry Experience preferred
· Brand Management experience preferred
· Building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
· Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
· Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Competencies
· Inquisitive and innovative approach to problem-solving
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects quickly and accurately
· Exceptional verbal and written communication
· Solid understanding of current digital marketing tactics and functionality
· Proficient in Adobe CC Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, is a plus
· Experience with Project Management is a plus
· Solid understanding of how to utilize data to make decisions
· Strong project management skills
· Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
· Creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple projects, ability to lead by example
