Marketing Communications Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales departments to plan, execute, and track marketing initiatives and determine areas for improvement for brand recognition and sales growth
  • Enhance brand awareness and increase knowledge of our clients by attending webinars and client meetings
  • Drive interest and leads through the creation of marketing campaigns and developing savvy strategies assist in achieving quarterly sales targets
  • Research demographics and local competitors to meet the needs of our consumers and develop a cutting edge against the competition
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date records of all communication with prospective customers in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the community’s unique selling points, including benefits, sales promotions, and services provided to residents and rates
  • Develop positive and wholesome relationships with prospects by listening to their needs, asking questions to acquire more information, and presenting the benefits of our brand that will uniquely meet their needs

We Are On The Look Out For A Marketing Communications Coordinator Who Is:

  • Process-oriented, a fast learner with excellent creative problem-solving abilities, and is a superior communicator
  • Experienced as a Marketing Communications Coordinator, Client Relations Associate, Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative or similar roles
  • Able to quickly adapt to new methods and work under tight deadlines
  • Empathetic and actively listens to others concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  • Results-driven, with exceptional team-building skills
  • Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Open-minded and eager to expand marketing and business knowledge across multiple departments
  • Creative and can bring brilliant ideas to the table to increase sales and brand awareness
