Full Job Description
The Retail Brokerage Coordinator – Florida is a critical member of a high-volume and successful retail brokerage team that spans the Florida market. The position plays an important role in the creation, production and management of marketing and graphic design efforts undertaken to support the retail leadership and brokerage / advisory professionals within the team. Serves as the project coordinator for marketing projects, coordinating the efforts between other internal partners and external vendors to meet the team’s goals, drive strong productivity and position the JLL Retail team with the most professional marketing materials and campaigns in our market.
Team Related Responsibilities (< 10%):
- Organize and participate in periodic client team meetings and/or calls
- Coordinate with local and national marketing professionals in planning, coordination and participation as needed for industry functions or client events
- Vendor interface and relations, including contract management, invoicing and payment
- Assist in the onboarding of brokers as well as some property transition and disposition tasks
- Oversee and interface with internal partners and external vendors in the operations of office systems, equipment and procedures
Marketing Development, Oversight & Coordination (15-25%)
- Serve as the primary contact point for the brokerage / advisory professionals for the development and creation of all internal and external marketing deliverables
- Create and oversee the production of documents, presentations, proposals, flyers, digital marketing, and other related efforts, as directed by the members of the team
- Serve as a project manager / coordinator to interface between the brokerage / advisory team and internal partners and external vendors in the ordering, production and final delivery of any needs from outside the immediate team, which may include GIS, Markets or National Marketing, Video and Photographers, Printing or other digital production, etc.
- Assist with the development and creation of new business initiatives and strategies
- Assist with the development and creation of marketing and research deliverables that are consistent with National Marketing efforts and JLL Brand Standards
- Create and / or maintain internal file-sharing and cloud-based storage for the brokerage / advisory team and marketing team
Graphic Design & Marketing Content Creation (70%-80%)
- Primary person responsible for the creation and distribution of all standardized marketing materials in support of the brokerage / advisory team, which shall be consistent with JLL Templates and Brand Standards and team practices, including:
- Flyers (Both digital and printed)
- Email blasts / Email marketing
- Digital Marketing Platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, JLL Website, etc.)
- Signage Order and Installation, including coordination of signage vendors
- Please note, Brokerage Coordinators are not expected to travel from the office to install any signage locally
- Static social media content, correctly sized and formatted for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or other relevant platforms as provided by the team
- Other items as directed by the team
- Primary person responsible for the development and production of custom marketing materials for unique or new development projects that are specifically designed to vary from JLL Templates and Brand Standards. These projects will be significantly more in-depth and should create or incorporate unique branding and design elements specific to the project
- Primary person responsible for the production of client presentations and proposals, ranging from standard form pitches to larger, more custom and intense proposals, both of which may require coordination with internal partners and external vendors to complete.
- Partner with the brokerage / advisory team members in the creation of additional marketing and graphics pieces that are required in the course of their business, which may follow JLL Templates and Brand Standards, or be custom designed, at the direction if the team, which will include:
- Aerials
- Presentations / PowerPoints / Decks
- Tenant Rep Tour Books (both traditional / physical and via TourPoint)
- Map creation and manipulation (which may require an internal partner or external vendor)
- Web-based landing pages or JLL template-ready websites (but shall not include custom website design or publishing)
- Other items as needed and directed by the team
- Creation, manipulation and management of social media and other digital marketing content for the creation of individual or team-based campaigns and announcements to maximize exposure
- Publish, including integrating in other marketing efforts and utilize virtual tour videos that have been created (including MatterPort or similar systems)
- Basic video editing for social media campaigns and announcements to include JLL branding, soundtrack, size and format manipulation and other basic video-editing techniques
- Please note, Brokerage Coordinators are not expected to create, edit or produce professional-quality videos or digital video products

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required, with preference to marketing or graphic design / multi-media studies.
- 4+ years of experience in a professional company environment – real estate background is preferred. A portfolio of prior marketing and design work will be required.
- Real Estate License will be required, but can be obtained as a condition of employment
Skills:
- Expert-level knowledge and experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically including InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator
- Social media campaign development and production
- Basic video editing and manipulation
- Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and present complicated information clearly.
