Job Description:
Summary/Objective: The overall objective of this position is to work with the company, department heads, managers & offices to assist their needs within the department to make for a better awareness of our brand, opportunities we offer & increasing revenue for our agents.

Essential Functions:

  • Marketing Services

Ensuring all materials released are brand compliant with BHHS national
Content creation for all marketing materials company-wide
Assist in proofing marketing materials
Design, create, and implement campaigns for all social media platforms
Creatively write personal profiles for new agents that are onboarded to the company
Content and custom design for all luxury agents and listings that are taken on
Delivering consistent internal communication to each department head for marketing purposes
Assisting top producing luxury agents with certain marketing items
Gather and compile receipts for accounting
Collaborate on all projects meant to enhance consumer or agent awareness
Assist in development of collateral agents and staff can use to conduct business
Activities to ensure high brand visibility within the marketplace
Oversee awards and awards reporting at a company and franchise level

  • Public Relations

Write and submit press releases for major events, sales, etc. within our company
Gaining participation for submissions and advertisements for all luxury magazines that are contracted with us
Guide people/answer questions to the correct branding when sponsoring events or hosting events

  • Other Service

Sponsorships- Control and find sponsors for fundraising & technology events, etc.
Event planning– Assist in planning and overseeing all details for events company-wide (parties, banquets, technology launches, and conventions)
Creating relationships with local businesses for partnerships during events
Philanthropy
Lead the company’s philanthropy events, fundraisers, and project
Staying in communication regularly with nonprofits- brainstorm potential events/fundraisers & keep relationship strong

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing and movement through the office is required. This would require but is not limited to the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and maintain office equipment. This job requires good hearing and eye sight for customer communication and computer input.

  • Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of real estate or administrative assistant experience
