The Marketing Coordinator position is designed to provide a high level of marketing support, business plan implementation and coordination of marketing programs to an assigned group of 2-3 sales agents (commercial real estate brokers). The role will be adjusted to conform to individual agent business plans in order to achieve maximum productivity, communication and client satisfaction.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Utilize a solid graphic design background to create marketing brochures, offerings, proposals consisting of property, personnel, financial and market information creating various templates with Colliers branding.
  • Be present and coordinate meetings with the team to monitor progress with current projects, business development targets, individual agent responsibilities and review marketing plan checklist for current listing assignments. Goal is to support the brokers by enabling their time to be spent on the street making presentations. You are integral to their success.
  • Attend company and team meetings.
  • Become familiar with all company resources: databases, internet sites, reference materials, internal materials.
  • Implement and coordinate direct mail programs (i.e. team brochure, listing announcement, listing brochures, closed deal announcement and quarterly reports).
  • Maintain current listings, contract records, and transactions in Apto – Salesforce.com
  • Ensure new mail lists are maintained in central location and shared with other team members as permitted by designated agents.
  • Stay informed on recent sales and lease activity, create necessary inventory of specific broker driven information on current activity for execution of assignments.
  • Continually provide creative input on packaging, reports and team brochures by monitoring competitors packaging and templates.
  • Create E-Marketing (Email) campaigns using the HubSpot marketing automation platform
  • Manage team pipeline in company database.
  • Communicate timely, market-specific news to brokers and broker teams
  • Manage broker bios and track records
  • Miscellaneous other tasks as requested

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
  • 3-5 years of Commercial Real Estate experience 
  • Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Autonomous, multi-task oriented individual; advanced organization skills required
  • Ability to shift tasks quickly and prioritize projects, based on broker needs
  • Demonstrable experience in print and electronic target marketing
  • Must be able to work well in high-energy, dynamic environment
  • Self-starter mentality; creative issue resolution skills
  • Ability to synthesize and summarize facts into marketing narrative which changes from assignment to assignment
  • Advanced Internet research techniques and resourcefulness
  • Adobe Photoshop and/or Elements training and familiarity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, amiable personality and team player
  • Florida Real Estate License preferred but not required
