Full Job Description
Non-profit organization is looking for a responsible Marketing professional to coordinate its marketing initiatives. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the organization’s mission and goals are being adhered to and that its brand is being promoted in its best interest
- Ensure that the budget is being adhered to and propose any necessary changes as needed
- Manage all deadlines and deliverables for Marketing and Advertising plan
- Implement effective communications to media and other stakeholders
- Maintain all online presence with current messaging and information regarding the foundation and its programs
- Manage completion and production of all B2C and B2B assets
- Maintain on-line store and fulfill orders
- Implement in person and digital activations and promotions
- Provide weekly sales reports and service all ticketing outlets
- Provide daily assistance to the Executive Director
Desired Skills:
- Computer Proficiency – Office suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint; G-Suite; WordPress; Adobe Suite; Mailchimp
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Project Management
- Organization
- Excellent writing skills across a range of mediums
- Troubleshooting and resolving unexpected problems
Experience:
- College Degree – preferably business, marketing, mass communications
- Preferred some experience in project management pr and/or marketing
Special Requirements:
- Position requires commitments to events on weekends and evenings
