Full Job Description
A self-efficient problem solver with excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and in written form is a must. This individual will create, support, and drive all marketing efforts designed to drive and nurture interest from both clients and prospects. These efforts will include seminar management, webinar creations, direct mail, media partnerships/buys, and coordination of speaking engagements, and more. Overall the primary role of all marketing activities is to drive all efforts in an integrated fashion that results in a larger overall sales funnel of high-quality leads. The ability to think creatively in the implementation of marketing campaigns and correspondence will be key in this role.
Minimum Requirements:
· Experience with both Windows and Apple and the ability to learn new software quickly
· Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
· Zoom experience
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent communication, both written and verbal
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Consistent follow-through
· Associate degree preferred
· 2 years of marketing-related experience
· Strong work ethic
· Flexible schedule
· High level of interpersonal skills

· Desire to support a team and build relationships with people
· Not required but nice to have. Experience with Photoshop (or InDesign), Camtasia, WordPress, Constant Contact
Primary Position Responsibilities:
· Create and send out all internal and external marketing communications whether print, digital, or anything else
· Maintain and organize all compliance filing
· Ensure that all leads from any marketing efforts are properly entered and labeled in our CRM
· Act as a back-up for Client Services Manager for greeting and directing in-office meetings
· Responsible for creating all aspects related to webinar promotions (includes PPT creation, compliance approval, recording and pushing of event through our vendors)
· Oversee client gifting efforts including holidays, birthdays, get well programs
· Create and manage any new marketing efforts designed to drive interest and leads
· Create and market any client-related webinars and events
· Edit all digital events before publication
· Prioritize each day marketing efforts to ensure everything stays on schedule and is pushed through as needed
· Schedule and create team building activities
· Marketing Project Management; Develop project timelines to ensure projects get completed on time
· Database/CRM Administrator of any programs to ensure accurate and up to date records, including clean up and list pulls
· Interfaces with vendors and support organizations for all marketing programs
· Event planning and execution
· Digital Marketing Programs: social media, blog, email campaigns and company website
· Support for internal computer systems
· Review business process, implementation and project management
· Maintain system in place for tracking and reporting all event-related expenses and share them with the advisors as needed and requested
· Maintain the overall marketing calendar up to date
· Implement, drive and manage all SEO efforts
