Job Description: Your main responsibilities will be:
1.Coordinate blogs including maintaining a content calendar, managing deadlines, editing/writing & posting blogs, blog subscriptions, pictures and other related content.
2.Coordinate production, sharing and marketing of premium content (such as the Tampa Jobs Report)
3.Manage hubspot.com workflows, keywords and lead generation process.
4.Track and create reports on inbound leads and their progression through our sales process.
5.Manage all social media to engage users, promote blogs, premium content and job postings.
6.Manage all external job postings including looking for opportunities to promote/post jobs for free.
7.Basic updates to the website (not graphic or development work).
8.Look for PR opportunities including developing relationships with local media, seeking speaking engagements, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications:
You will be a •Positive •Helpful, supportive but not afraid to enforce deadlines, chase down details, etc. •Good relationship builder •Can work independently to achieve results• “Wants to win!” type of character. You will have completed your bachelor’s degree in Marketing or will be currently pursuing and will have a minimum of 1 year of Marketing experience. You will have demonstrated strong skills in •Website content editing/posting experience (just content, does not need web development skills)
•Blog basics including posting a blog, keywords, etc. •Strong writing/editing skills
•Excellent communicator with ability to build/maintain professional relationships both internally and externally
•Above average skills in Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter – must be maintaining these accounts for themselves or another organization
•Strong organizational skills
