We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator who will also assist with the commercial retail leasing team! You will be responsible for website updates, flyer composition and taking leasing calls. Updating of Excel spreadsheets, doing real estate research and CRM database entries will also be required.
Responsibilities:
- Update, design and maintain website, flyers and eblasts
- Field leasing calls, show space to prospective tenants and prepare lease worksheet for lease preparation
- Maintain and update vacancy reports in Excel
- Real Estate research and prepare reports
- Responsible for managing pylon repairs and design
- Enter information in RealNex CRM database
Qualifications:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Word and Publisher
- Florida Real Estate License
- Previous experience in marketing retail properties preferred
- Multi-function and prioritization of duties
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in WordPress would be a plus
