Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s leading commercial real estate investment company, is seeking a career-minded Marketing Coordinator for a team of National Retail Agents.

The ideal candidate for this position will not only possess a variety of marketing skills but also bring “added value” to the team with talents in graphic design and have an eye for detail. Must be a natural “people” person with a can-do and will-do attitude and have a strong desire to help in the continued growth and success of the team.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Create high quality marketing materials including postcards, quarterly reports, flyers and other custom marketing pieces
  • Create and disseminate email marketing campaigns using various mass email programs
  • Assist in the creation, proofing and editing of marketing proposals and packages
  • Develop and maintain social media accounts
  • Maintain team website and work with vendors to market our listings and closings
  • Build team brand awareness
  • Create invitations and marketing for team events including client appreciation dinners, various agent conferences, etc.
  • Assist with research and preparations for client meetings.
  • Maintain awareness of competitors’ activities
  • Assist with various operational and administrative tasks as requested

Job Requirements

  • Graphic/Creative design skills and experience
  • Existing knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is a must
  • Social media marketing experience helpful
  • Ability to communicate extremely well both written and verbally
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.
  • Strong work ethic, verbally articulate and detail-oriented, with a support the team attitude
  • Possess a desire to learn new concepts and master new software applications
  • Real Estate marketing experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years marketing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 to $17.00 /hour

Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
