A high performing Real Estate Agent in Clearwater is working with us to find her next great Marketing Coordinator. The right person for this role will have outstanding technical computer capacity with programs like Illustrator or Photoshop, and previous experience in real estate.
Skills Needed:
– Previous marketing, graphic design and/or social medial experience
– High attention to detail
– Outstanding written and oral communication skills
– Can multi task and stay organized
– Experienced with Constant Contact, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter etc…
– Knowledge of Clearwater Beach and its neighborhoods
Responsibilities:
– Produce and manage all digital marketing projects; including updating the website
– Create and place ads in a variety of local & national print/web publications
– Develop and Manage print and digital marketing related to listings, Open Houses, Broker Opens, special events, and sponsorships
– Review and update all marking letter services and mailing lists
– Manage the online presence for the agent
