Position Available: Marketing Copywriter and Editor Assistant for a 6-month contract located in Tampa, FL.

Job Description:

Assists with the production of high-quality materials in an editorial capacity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Note: The following is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties required of this position —- Key Duties and Responsibilities —- Provides support on editing and proofreading materials for readability grammar accuracy style and industry compliance standards.—Provides correction to errors in type format grammar punctuation and spelling (notes corrections electronically and on paper using standard proofreader’s marks).—Maintains and applies knowledge of health care regulatory marketing guidelines to keep content consistent and compliant.—Documents and provides proofs with marked corrections to be revised and reviewed.—Follows department style guide and approved reference guides such as AP Stylebook and corporate branding guidelines to ensure consistency in copy and design.—Performs other duties as assigned.
