- Produce marketing materials that include flyers, e-blasts, offering memorandums, market summaries, tour books and marketing packages (as well as keep all web-based marketing services/subscriptions accurate and up to date such as Costar, LoopNet, etc.)
- Order and maintain stock of collateral marketing materials.
- Assist with developing annual marketing plans which strategically utilizes all platform programs, supports the corporate marketing objectives and positively impacts each center’s objectives.
- Reconcile marketing budget and monthly expenses for local marketing and leasing department.
- Work closely with tenants, vendors and communities to provide marketing assistance in the form of promotional events, sales analysis, merchandising plans, traffic analysis, direct mailers, advertisement assessments, and sponsoring local non-profit community organizations.
- Assist and communicate with Tenant Rep Brokers if needed by providing them flyers, floor plans, building information, scheduling tours, etc. Developing a responsive and reliable rapport with Tenant Brokers is an important focus so must have strong personal and customer service skills.
- Conduct merchant surveys to assess the overall effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Assess, coordinate with and manage vendors who support our various on-site events.
- Develop and maintain professional business relationships with clients with the ability to respond to common inquiries.
- Support the VP-Regional Director with general administrative tasks including mailing/emailing, coordinating and preparing for client meetings, updating vacancy reports, assisting with IT requests, etc.
- Provide back-up support to property management by assisting with phones and one-of requests when needed.
