The Addison at Sunlake is looking for their next Leasing Manager (LM). The LM trains and manages the leasing staff and directs the sales efforts of an apartment community. The LM is responsible for providing exceptional service to community residents and future residents. This individual must provide the community with value and quality by assessing the needs of client they are assisting and providing a solution that not only coincides with the goals of the community but is beneficial for all concerned parties. The LM also takes an active role in the external marketing and advertising of vacancies.
Basic responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting all residents, future residents and internal team members in a professional manner
Keeping a high level of service in mind with every task while resolving conflict to benefit all concerned parties
Advanced clerical skills
Facilitating all aspects in the apartment leasing process
Enhancing the quality of life for residents by organizing and promoting community events/partiesAbility to work weekend on a revolving schedule
Respecting the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety
Planning and executing on site marketing and advertising directives
Mentoring and training new leasing consultants
Ideal candidates will have:
1-2 years leasing/sales experience
Proven sales track record
Ability to multi-task
Projection of a professional image by following dress code and appearance standards as set forth by the community
Strong customer service background and skills
Basic bookeeping skils
Familiarity with OneSite is a plus
Reliable transportation
Excellent telephone skills
A positive, upbeat attitude
Sales skills
Clean criminal background
No prior evictions
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
