MARKETING MANAGER

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of the various programs, initiatives and processes set forth by the Chief Marketing Officer. The Marketing Manager will lead the efforts and execution for all marketing, advertising and promotions. The primary goal for the Marketing Manager is to execute and manage programs and initiatives that drive revenues, minimize expenses and protect the brand. The below responsibilities are related to all organizational brands including The Heights District, Armature Works, Three Oaks Hospitality, along with other new projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all advertising efforts including, but not limited to, print, radio, television, outdoor, grassroots, etc.
  • Assist in the development for all external relationships with media, community, chambers, partners, etc.
  • Coordinate efforts with team members – digital marketing, social media, special events, creative services
  • Be the primary liaison between all other team members and the creative services department
  • Provide coordination and/or assistance for all promotional events
  • Work in conjunction with Chief Marketing Officer to develop marketing plans, programs and initiatives
  • Investigate and implement innovative programs and initiatives to create better efficiencies
  • Provide general office task assistance – calendars, recaps, reports, spreadsheets, creative requests, PTU’s, etc.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions while providing leadership and guidance
  • Represent the organization professionally at all times
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Assist in all public relations and community relations efforts

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer and Google Analytics
  • Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented environments
  • Detail oriented w/ excellent organizational skills
