Marketing & Media Intern
Christian Tyler Properties is seeking a qualified, creative, tech savvy undergraduate student, recent grad, or MBA candidate to join its team as a Marketing Manager. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of the firm’s activities and would be an integral part of a growing entrepreneurial team. The candidate must be intelligent, highly motivated, self-starting, energetic, creative, comfortable working directly with senior management, and willing to mature.
The candidate will primarily focus on supporting the overall marketing and creation of media for the firm, with the responsibility of designing and publishing his or her own campaigns in multiple international markets. This position has the potential for international travel opportunities, sales commission, and an aggressive pay scale increase.
Compensation is a competitive hourly wage based on skills, experience, and education. This is a full-time position based in our downtown Tampa, FL office, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, and will start immediately with the possibility of evolving into a significant full-time salaried position within the firm based on exemplary job performance. We will consider a flexible part time schedule.
Duties / Requirements:
- Advanced market research / International marketing (Europe, Asia, MENA, Africa)
- Video production (set production, post production, editing in Adobe Premier Pro, creation of motion graphics in Adobe After Affects)
- Creation of marketing collateral (logos, brochures, large-scale exhibit display, offering memorandums, presentations, etc.)
- Corporate website design, management, and hosting (WordPress, cPanel, Google Analytics)
- Market research and feasibility(Propose and launch new markets, write business/marketing plans and proposals)
- Content marketing (Write content and blog articles for the Facebook and website, social media marketing, search engine marketing)
