Coastal Properties Group is the fastest growing real estate company in Tampa Bay continuously ranked #1 in Listings and Sales! We are looking to add another person to our team in Agent Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a liaison between our agents & marketing department ensuring communication flows effectively
- Meet with agents to discuss their marketing objectives & assist with accomplishing these goals
- Develop marketing plans for agents & their listings
- Provide support to members of the project team
- Participate in creative development of marketing materials
- Utilizing project management system to help track agents ongoing projects & upcoming marketing objectives
- Successfully utilize a variety of online internal tools to perform tasks in a quick pace environment
EXPERIENCE
- Real estate experience is a plus
- Marketing experience required
- Experience in a similar position is preferred
- Must be a confident self-starter, team player, innovative problem solver and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Needs to be attentive to detail, resourceful, work well under pressure and have strong communications skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required; Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus
