Position Overview
We’re seeking an innovative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies and oversee the department’s operational excellence. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in market analysis and trend forecasting to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and drive lead generation, while managing the day-to-day functions of the marketing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis & Strategy Development
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze consumer behaviors, industry reports, and performance metrics to inform data-driven strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with organizational objectives and target audience needs.
  • Operational Oversight & Department Management
  • Manage the marketing department’s day-to-day functions, including budgets, workflows, and team assignments, to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Implement and refine operational processes to optimize team performance and project execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives by coordinating cross-functional collaboration and maintaining effective resource allocation.
  • Lead Generation & Campaign Optimization
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, using insights to make adjustments and improve ROI.
  • Partner with sales and business development teams to refine lead pipelines and achieve growth targets.
  • Content & Branding Oversight
  • Shape and execute messaging strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and consistently reflect the organization’s mission and values.
  • Oversee content creation and distribution across channels, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.
  • Explore innovative approaches to expand audience engagement, from digital campaigns to event marketing.
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Provide mentorship to marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Define and track department KPIs, driving accountability and performance at every level of the team.
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and consultants to augment the team’s capabilities and ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with a proven track record in both strategy and operations.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, digital marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) and a proven ability to interpret and act on key performance indicators.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with experience managing budgets, workflows, and team performance.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to implement actionable plans that align with high-level goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
