Summary: The Marketing Manager at Ramos Companies creates consumer demand and formulates the brand’s long-term strategy by developing and executing marketing plans. They promote all brands on social media, organize and execute events, update websites as necessary, and define the brand’s advertising and promotion strategies. They execute marketing initiatives in support of long term strategies through leadership of the business unit team. They are accountable for delivering the brand’s profit, volume and market share objectives. This position assists the business unit team on assigned brands or will manage smaller brands in all aspects of the P&L.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media – managing content creation and posting of all Ramos Companies
  • Digital Advertising Planning and Buying – Pay-Per-Click and Ad Words, www.centro.net& google
  • Event Management – Specific to events for all Ramos Companies
  • Vendor Program Management- sell and market DDBC Vendor Program to increase breadth and depth of vendor relationships
  • Move With Me Podcast- schedule podcast guests and post the podcast on all platforms
  • Closely monitors and analyzes lead generation and sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity
  • Assists in developing and executing promotional initiatives to profitably increase sales within budgeted parameters.
  • Assists in the identification and development of business building ideas and works with other business unit team members to execute the plans that meet investment criteria.
  • Coordinates product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research, consultants and advertising agencies).
  • Analyzes leads to referral conversion and sales data and compares results to established objectives to assure the effectiveness of marketing programs.

Educational Requirements:
