Position Summary:
We’re looking for a bada** project coordinator to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. There are many moving parts within our agency and your goal will be to coordinate tasks and projects to ensure they are being completed on time and to our standards. This position is in-office. There are no remote or hybrid options.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the different tasks that each department executes.
- Generate due dates depending on different factors, such as the time it takes to complete the task and our team’s current workload.
- Follow up on tasks and projects to ensure they are completed on time.
- General quality control to ensure tasks are completed to our standard.
- Other project coordination tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- 2+ years of project coordination experience
- Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM

- The pay range for this role is $22 to $29 per hour.
