American Landmark Value Management is currently seeking a detail oriented Marketing Specialist with Multi-Family experience to be based out of our Tampa, FL, Corporate office!
ALVM is one of the fastest growing multifamily owner-operators in the United States. Based in Tampa, FL, ALVM owns and operates multifamily communities in Arizona, Nevada and Texas.
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media and communications. This person will also look for new opportunities to increase online branding and traffic generation for the organization.
Your “Day to Day” at American Landmark Value Management:
- Minimum 2 years working in the apartment industry is preferred but not required
- Experience leading and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of analytics, industry related advertising and ILS, and industry related KPIs
- Familiarity with the latest trends in online marketing
- Ability to test new ideas and understand the value these ideas bring to the company or client
- Understanding of how to budget for digital campaigns
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must be self-starter.
- Bi-lingual helpful
Qualifying Accomplishments:
- College Degree
- Bachelors in Marketing preferred
- CPA not required but preferred
- 2-3 years of experience within Multi-Family Housing within a marketing capacity
- Technical or Administrative Knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Realpage/Onesite experience a plus
- Special Skills and/or Abilities:
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is essential
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, as well as interpersonal skills
